Someone who'd rather call himself an "Accidental Filmmaker", Anish Shah is an engineering graduate with an artistic bent of mind. He co-wrote the Gujarati smash hit, "Kevi Rite Jaish" that opened up new avenues for his career as a filmmaker and working with ad agencies in Ahmedabad.

His first feature film as writer, director and producer, Dhunki starring Pratik Gandhi and Deeksha Joshi was extremely well-received across the globe. Dhunki was made from the trio's own money, which is something that always keeps them grounded, as they understand the value of money being invested in a film.

Through November Films, Anish wants to explore new genres and find the perfect balance of making commercial films and indie cinema through in-depth understanding of the market dynamics.

A techie with humble beginnings at Vijapur, Kuldip was always fascinated by mathematics and movies. He completed his education at IIT Kanpur and later worked as a Software Professional at companies like Microsoft, OpenTable and as well as start-ups in Mumbai.

His life transformed after he made his first short film for a one-minute short film competition. A chance encounter with Anish on a microblogging site eventually lead to forming November Films. His tech background in start-ups helped setting the backdrop of Dhunki, which ran successfully in theaters and released on Amazon Prime

Kuldip's Hindi feature film POWAI as a director/writer/producer is winning awards at film festivals. He was also on the jury of short film competition at the Moscow IFF. He is currently working on his next Hindi film project.

Jay Shah began his career with an outsourcing business, followed by his company, Promax BPM Pvt. Ltd. Around 2015 and 2016, Anish shared his decision of starting his own film production house. At this point, Anish was connected to Kuldip Patel and offered him to be part of this venture.

He later forayed into a solar business venture and co-founded a company called Suraj Dada Green Energy and continues to handle the "Logic" side of November films i.e., distribution and commercial aspects. Through November Films, Jay aspires to create a platform that creates value for artists, as well as investors alike.

Nirav Thaker has joined November Films to helm the ‘Logic Side’ of this thriving production house and will look into the commercial aspects of it like corporate films, ad films, animation films, wedding videos, apart from overall production.

Sreekumar Nair’s tryst with cinema began while pursuing Master’s in Development Communication at Gujarat University. He later moved to England to Major in Film & Media Production at Sheffield Hallam University.

Sreekumar Nair has won the ‘One World Media Bursary” for making documentary films that make a difference to the society. He has shot and edited Dhunki and has been with us since 2013 as a major creative force of November Films.

"Art should disturb the comfortable and comfort the disturbed." Ankit Gor lives by this quote, which is evident in his impressive body of work in Gujarati theatre. A child actor who went on to become a renowned name in Ahmedabad, Ankit Gor has won multiple awards and accolades in his career.

Having written additional dialogues and screenplay for Dhunki, Ankit has been with us since 2014 and has written and co-written an upcoming web series directed by Anish Shah and is also a co-writer for the upcoming film, Aavartan.

Kushal Saini started out as an Assistant Director in Gujarati films before joining us for Dhunki as Assistant Director. Despite starting out with creative process of filmmaking, Kushal gradually transformed into someone who could handle the creative team with effortless ease. He has found his footing in our production department and is currently our Executive Producer for upcoming films like Powai, Udanchhoo and Aavartan.

Aashinee had a lucrative career in the US and she quit just to follow her passion for filmmaking. Having assisted in Gujarati films and making short films, docu-films and music videos, Aashinee was an inherent part of Dhunki and now handles our entire creative communication of the Direction team at November Films.

Prarthana began her career as Assistant Director for Gujarati films and multiple music videos, Prarthana joined us as Assistant Director and is quite adept at handling logistics, writing briefs, researching and coordinating for our Direction Team. Prarthana is undoubtedly the backbone of our production team for planning and scheduling our projects.

A Copywriter with 17 years of experience in advertising, Prakash Gowda is a filmmaker, poet, author, scriptwriter and lyricist based in Vadodara. He has written multiple successful ad campaigns including "Rasoi se rishton tak" for Tirupati Cooking Oil, "Rann Ki Kahaaniya" for Rann Utsav, to name a few.

He has also authored two books, "Baker's Dozen" and "Ghalib Unplugged" and won accolades for his short films and his two short docu-films. Prakash is associated with us for Corporate Film scripts, Ad film scripts and Content Writing of November Films.
